Amie Oliver has maintained a studio in Richmond, VA since 1988. Her work has been featured in a number of solo and group exhibitions, most recently at Paris's Cité Internationale des Arts, in December 2004, and the Portsmouth Visual Arts Center, in Portsmouth, VA, and the Contemporary Art Center of Virginia, in Virginia Beach, both in 2005. Her work is included in private and public collections in the United States and overseas. She is an board member of Richmond's 1708 Gallery and is married to writer Harry Kollatz, Jr..
